Mr. Neal received a Master of Business Administration in Technologies Management in 2005 from the University of Phoenix. He also received a Bachelor of Science, with a concentration in Computer Science and Enterprise Administration in 1995 from Troy University. He is at the moment pursuing a Doctor of Management degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix.
