Helena Light Hadley celebrates more than 20 years of executive leadership in organization and talent development
COLUMBIA, MD, August 30, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ — has been recognized by Cambridge Who’s Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in business improvement, organizational change and executive development. With more than 20 years of global experience in several executive roles in Learning, Organization Development, Leadership Development, and New Organization Development, Ms. Hadley will pursue new opportunities to provide efficiency improvement and leadership development.
Ms. Hadley has worked with a number of national and international companies in very diverse industries where her responsibilities included designing and managing high profile, multi-million dollar projects, substantial change initiatives, succession planning, leadership and executive development programs especially for high potential talent. She has served as an advisor to CEOs and Executive Teams on a number of organizational change and talent development wants. In 2008, and again in 2009, Ms. Hadley was recognized by the Greater Washington D.C. HR Leadership Awards for developing strategic alignment on key corporate initiatives.
Ms. Hadley completed coursework for a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, having received a Master’s Degree from University of Maryland and a Bachelor’s Degree from The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. Her commitment to service consists of volunteer efforts using the Boy Scouts of America, Leadership Howard County, and Race for the Cure. She has served on the Board for Providence Hospital’s Health Foundation in Washington, D.C.
